This session will teach the participants how to identify and utilize creative instincts.

At the completion of this session the team member will:

• Be able to define the influence of Instinctive Power
• Be able to predict individual and team performance
• Learn to identify potential areas of organizational stress
• Learn to use Kolbe to improve communication and job satisfaction
